You can cancel your Direct Debit subscription at any time, no questions asked. 


You will need to contact us either through contact us on this website or by phone on 01959 543 747.


Once you have notified us, we will put a stop to further payments being taken, but will send all of the issues that you have already paid for with your last payment.


If you opt for future issues to be cancelled and refunded, please be aware that you may receive another issue after you have sent us a cancellation request.

This is because we start the mailing process for each issue approximately ten days before the on-sale date the magazine. Once an issue has been sent for mailing, it cannot be cancelled. Your subscription will therefore be cancelled from the following issue.


If you paid by Direct Debit, we advice that you also cancel your payment with your bank. This can be done easily via most online banking apps.
