If you change your mind about buying a subscription from us then you can cancel your order and request a refund.
We can process your request as soon as your initial payment has cleared. For card payments, this usually takes a couple of days.
For cheque and Direct Debit payments this will take longer. Once your cheque has cleared or your first Direct Debit payment has been taken we can then process your request.
If no issues have been sent then we will send you a full refund. If your first issue has been sent for mailing then we will refund the value of all remaining issues.
