We are currently operating a normal service with magazines deliveries, especially within the UK, largely unaffected. However, we are aware of occasional local delivery issues affecting some subscribers.


We are also aware that situation is fast-changing and difficult to predict, which is why we have made digital editions of our magazines available for existing print subscribers free of charge on a temporary basis.


Please check that you have registered your email address with us or that the address we have for you is up-to-date. You can check now my logging in to your account on our online shop


If you are logging in for the first time you will be asked for your Customer ID, surname and post code. if you have previously logged in then you just need your email address and password.


You will find your Customer ID on most communication that you have received from us, and on your magazine mailing label. Alternatively, contact us and we can give it to you.

Unfortunately, a few of our titles have been affected by the adverse trading conditions caused by the current lock-down. any customers affected by these changes will be notified by email or letter.
