We will send you an email confirming that your order has been processed successfully within three days of placing your order. If we don't have an email address we will send you a letter, which will take a bit longer to arrive.
Your order confirmation will tell you:
- Which magazine you subscribed to
- The length of your subscription
- Who and where the subscription will be sent to
- Your all important Customer ID
- When the first issue will be delivered.
If your order is placed less than 10 working days prior to the on sale date of an edition then your subscription will start with the next available issue.
If your subscription includes a digital edition then you will get access to the current issue straight away.
Depending on your order, we advise the below delivery time frame from the date of dispatch:
5-10 working days for UK
Up to 2 weeks for Europe/North America (USA)
Up to 4 weeks for Rest Of World
