On the week of the event, you will receive an email from us letting you know your paperwork and vehicle pass is ready to be downloaded. 

You will need to log into your booking profile which will display these relevant tabs down the left hand side of the page: 

Your Tickets                      
Here you can download your tickets. These can be scanned on a mobile device or printed. 

Your Vehicle Passes        
This will permit you entry inside the show into the Tracktime Parking Area, as well as a pass to get you onto the track via the pit lane. Please print and display in your windscreen at all times. 

Tracktime Information   
Here you will find the paperwork you will need to download. This includes your indemnity form, tracktime rules, checklist and Pit Lane Pass. You MUST print these and bring them to the event.

You must read through the rules and regulations carefully and ensure that you adhere to them on the event day. 
To go out on track you MUST show BOTH parts of your driving licence. The online counterpart to your licence can be downloaded here from the DVLA website and must be brought with you.

No refunds will be given if you do not provide the correct documentation.
