Gifts will be dispatched once the first payment has been received.
If you have made a one off payment subscription, your gift will be dispatched the next working day.
If you have paid by direct debit, your gift will not be dispatched until the first payment has been taken which will be due roughly around 3 weeks after the order has been placed. A direct debit guarantee will be emailed to you if a email address has been provided and/or by post, confirming the date of the first payment due.
The gift will automatically be sent to the bill payers address. If this is a gift subscription, the free gift will still be sent to the bill payers address.
