Clubs are plotted based on a first-come, first-served basis. The sooner your club books their tickets, the more likely you are to get a ‘good’ location within the event. Please note, we reserve the right to plot clubs as we see fit based on the ground conditions.

When composing your email, be sure to include your club name and which event in the subject line or body of the message. This helps us quickly identify your request and associate it with the correct event. Including your club name ensures that we can address your needs more effectively.
### Step 3: Request Added to the Organizer’s List
Once we receive your email, your request will be added to a list for our event organizers to review. Our team is dedicated to considering all requests and will do their best to accommodate your needs. However, please understand that while we aim to fulfill every request, we cannot guarantee that all accommodations will be possible.
