# Track Time Passes: Important Information for Your Event
We are excited to welcome you to our upcoming event! To ensure a smooth experience, please take note of the following important details regarding your track time passes.
**Email Confirmation of Passes**
Your track time passes will be emailed to you during the week of the event. This email will contain essential information, including your vehicle parking pass and any additional instructions you may need. Please keep an eye on your inbox and check your spam or junk folder just in case.
**Parking Passes**
Along with your track time information, you will receive a parking pass via email. This pass allows you to park at the designated area for the event. Please make sure that the vehicle passes are properly printed out and are visibly displayed within the vehicle, specifically hanging from the rear view mirror for easy visibility and compliance.
**Window Passes Collection**
Please note that window passes are not included in the email and must be collected in person. You will need to pick up your window passes from the garage when you sign in for your briefing. This step is crucial as it allows us to ensure that all vehicles on the track are properly documented and accounted for.
