We understand that accessibility is important for all our attendees, and we are committed to providing a comfortable experience for everyone. That’s why we offer accessible parking at all of our events.
## How to Request Accessible Parking
If you require accessible parking, please follow these simple steps:
1. **Email Us**: To request a disabled parking pass, send an email to shows@kelsey.co.uk. Make sure to include your name and the event you plan to attend.
2. **Provide Proof of Eligibility**: In your email, please attach a copy of your Blue Badge. This helps us verify your need for accessible parking and ensures that we can accommodate you appropriately.
3. **Receive Your Parking Pass**: Once we receive your email and verify your Blue Badge, we will send you a parking pass. This pass will allow you to park in our designated accessible parking areas at the event. Please note; passes will be available the week of the event.

- **Event Staff Assistance**: If you need any assistance on the day of the event, our staff will be available to help you navigate to the accessible parking areas and provide any additional support you may need.
